Murphy Is Always Lurking

As I stated in my profile, this is my second relationship with Wealthy Affiliate. I came back motivated and ready to learn. It wasn't long before Murphy showed up. Everyone knows him, don't they? If something is going to go wrong it will. And usually at the most inconvenient or inopportune time. And there's Murphy; just thumbing his nose at us. The details of his appearance are not that important, However, how we react is.

The easy way is to just give up, feel sorry for ourselves, and go through life with a woe is me attitude. I've seen too many people live their life like that. Unfortunately, a few of my family members are like that. The glass is always half full and they complain about everything; blaming their problems on anybody and anything except themselves. I find this a sad way to live.

I was fortunate to have served 20 plus years in the USAF. Negative attitudes are frowned upon in the military. I encountered plenty of them, though. Just because you shouldn't doesn't mean you aren't going to have one. I must admit to having one occasionally myself. I learned rather quickly that a bad attitude does nothing to correct or improve a bad situation.

For the most part I always try to find the silver lining. When I lost my job due to downsizing i could have whined and complained. Instead I took it as an opportunity to learn something new. (And here I am.) I could go on and on with examples of my personal "challenges" but I think everyone sees my point.

If you want to succeed, never give up. You'll never see a quitter win anything. When you run into obstacles try to overcome them. Use them as a learning experience or better yet, an opportunity to excel.

I have yet to become a successful internet marketer but I'm going to do everything I can to achieve my goal. If not tomorrow, the next day. I am motivated by the outstanding members here. I thank everyone for their support.
