I keep getting an error message that my site is not secure. Thought I had fixed it. Second question - I backed up my site because when I tried to change the theme I received

When changing your theme don't delete any info. Changing your theme shouldn't bring up any message to delete your site?
Changing your theme normally does not require you to delete your other site first. As for the secure look in Site Rubix than Site Manager, there is a box in the right hand lower corner that is out of three, make sure all of the boxes are clicked to enable. If they all are contact WA Support
I guess you have activated SSL?
If you keep having a problem, contacting the support is your best option.
You don't need to delete your content when changing the theme!
I switched themes so often and never deleted anything.

I have a WP website I would like to import - can i do this by changing the nameservers or is it more involved?
Just like she said, there’s a little more to it, but support can walk you through exactly what you need to do ;)
It's a lot more involved. You have to backup all the files and save them on your computer before you change the nameservers. Full Backup With a Plugin Then contact Site Support
