Getting the most out of your day

Possibly the most challenging aspect in your online business is maintaining consistency and keeping a steady work rate pattern going. I imagine most of us that are working full time or managing family life as well as trying to start an online business are faced with much the same challenges.

We have been accustomed to the way we run our day and the activities that we need to carry out every day from the moment that we wake up to the moment we finally get to lay our heads down on our pillows at night. Trying to manage additional activities into an already busy day takes some pretty crafty planning. I will give you a couple of minor tweaks that I have implemented into my day to help me remain on-top of the activities that I demand of my self for my online business every day.

I get up an hour earlier every day and get a cup of coffee and jump straight onto my WA dashboard to carry out all my community interactions, reply to messages and read some insightful members comments and leave some feed back on a few websites. I quickly scan my websites to make sure that they are smooth flowing and fresh and ready for my potential visitors.

Next step is browsing over my various social media platforms and leaving comments, likes and interacting with other people and sites of interest. Having done all these tasks just gives me a peace of mind for the day my business is in good shape and ready for the day that will follow. It also allows me to focus on my current job that is paying the bills at the moment and not have to worry that my dream online business may be lacking for attention.

Mid Day I take some time out to have a bit of quite time to have a bit of lunch, this is my time so I divert my mobile phone for that hour and enjoy some quite time to read over some new training material either from my WA Dashboard or an article that I have saved from the day before to teach me more about succeeding with my online business

At the end of the working day is usually the time I take to spend with my children to unwind, play catch or take them for a walk in the park with my wife and after dinner there is usually some television programs that get consumed by all so I always have a notepad with me and while enjoying a bit of relaxation with the family I write down some ideas for future blogs, videos or any other content that comes to mind for my online business.

After everyone has gone to bed I take 2-3 hours to produce either a new article, blog or video and post it across my social media sites and most importantly on my website. Yes, it can be done if you are still in a full time job, however, you will have to stretch further and be more astute with your time. Remember the goals that you set for yourself right in the very beginning here and focus under what you put down for what you were prepared to do to achieve those goals.
