Website Reviews

I have just finished my website reviews for my fellow WA associates. I performed 4 reviews even though it is only required to do 2. For some reason the WA website ended one of my reviews right in the middle of it. I provided the 250 word minimum feedback very easily. To speed things up, I used "Word" to create the document and spell check my reviews. I copied and pasted the "About Me" and other pages that had a lot of words that I wanted to rewrite for the owners.

For those that are setting up your pages, I recommend writing your "About Me" and other pages on a "Word" document first, then just copy and paste it on your site. It really helps me to keep from making wierd sentences and misspelling simple words. I am no english major, in fact I have failed it twice, so I learned to use a tool that will help me as long as I have a computer, lol.

I love critiquing and giving feedback to others. At the same time, I love to work with others to find solutions to problems. I hope that I can make my sites look as good as some of the sites I have seen created here.

feedback is very important.

Writing on Word or another word processor is a great idea.

Thanks.

I have also seen some good sites.

I agree with you, recently I found out about a chrome extension called Grammarly. It helps with spelling and grammar with everything you type in the browser.

Thats great. Kinda like the suggested spelling when you type things into Google, except you don't have to wait for the search to be done to get the blue hyperlink.

Ah... Microsoft Word has code in it that may alter your text's visual. Just remember when you paste, choose paste without formatting.

I rather type in Google Doc.

Thats good to know. I am using a MAC and I have not had any problem yet with the Word program I am using so far. But I do remember the Windows issues, lol. I also like that I can change the fonts and do the hyperlinks. After I paste it, I always verify everything is the size and has the look that I like. Great feedback on the Google Doc.
