The Accidental System Ambassador?

Joined October 2014, as a free member.

Left Wealthy Affiliate right after joining, because I discovered that free membership is not available to my country, Philippines.

Then, I rejoined as a Premium Member in June of 2016, after fearing that the newly elected President Duterte will crack down on all illegal activities including online scams. I feared for my life because, there was a suspicion he's using death squads.

I was with Empower Network then, although assured by my sponsor that Duterte is not against MLMs, that the two are neighbors in Davao City, and that the President himself is a consumer of some of the products sold via MLM.

But there was no stopping me leaving EN and joining WA.

In my mind, WA works better in helping people "turn their passion into profits", which is a phrase I have come to love. Yes, there's Kalatu blogging system that's aimed for that, but it seemed the leaders of the company are focused on selling expensive tickets for their live conferences than our Kalatu.

So, I considered WA my new home.

Unfortunately, last December of 2016, I dropped out of this system because of a calamity. A strong typhoon hit us knocking off powerlines and Internet connections, discouraged, I cancelled my account here.

For the mean time, I worked with some MLM companies, hoping to get rich quick, buy me a laptop so that next time a strong typhoon visit us, I will be on mobile.. and my business with WA won't be affected anymore.

The problem is, the supposed to be "all in one system" that I am using for my MLM business is not really an "all in one system", but rather a "lead generation only system". Their blogging system is broken, giving users "unlimited redirection problem" that take support guys days to solve.

In my mind, "not worth recommending to others".

That led me back here in WA, knowing we have here an excellent blog hosting system!

Perhaps, the connections (friendships) that I have created since 2014, have catapulted me fast to the Top 200, then Top 100, then Top 50, and now Ambassador level in our system. If you have lots of friends here and you're communicating with them on a daily basis, then you will unexpectedly find yourself rising up in level here.

But I tried holding my position at Top 50 for weeks.

In my mind, "I am not ready for that Ambassador level. I'm okay with Top 50".

The reason for being conscious with these rankings?

I am working with the WA Affiliate Program, referring people on a daily basis. And as I have said, I like the idea of "turning passion into profits".

I am thinking that, if a new sign up here see that the person who invited him or her belongs to the Top 100 or Top 50, it is something impressive and can encourage the new member to become more active here.

Conversion to premium, baby!

I am referring people to here on the average of 1 or 2 per day.

But with my being a "naturally active" here---posting, commenting, making new friends, no matter how I hold that position of not to rise up in ranks, it went up. Until, I can't hold any longer.

(Oh, God, I don't wanna be promoted up higher, please...)

In my mind, "I'm here to make money with my websites. If I become an Ambassador PREMATURELY, then I have to maintained that competitive position, it will steal away precious time that's supposed to be spent on my websites. I need to make money fast."

But it happened.

Being a person who never say NO to "good challenges", I gave in. I just consoled myself, "So be it." Nothing will be changed, just remain calm and do things here as usual.

Staying friendly, and helpful.

So, here I am, my friends.. The accidental Ambassador! (lol)
