I would like to stop paying on my account. How much access to the system will I have, as I don't want to just walk away. I also understand not having full access. Also, is it p
They used to give you 6 months to return and your website would be kept for that period. Now it's three months. Jim

I am sorry to see you go.
Canceling membership at WA: Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing Once you are a Premium Member, you cannot go back to being a Starter Member.
WA will make 3 attempts to collect the monthly membership, after which you will lose access to WA and your website(s) will go offline. WA will keep a backup of your website(s) for up to 60 days, so if you return within that time, they can be restored.
If you think you will be gone longer than 60 days, or if you want to keep your website online, you will want to take your own backup and maybe find another host for your website in the meantime.
You can move your website to ANY host you want if you were to ever want to move or cancel here. If you don't pay for your domain on an annual basis (ie, let it lapse), it goes back into the domain pool with the rest of the available domains out there.

Easily click your profile picture and choose Account setting, click it and you will find everything there.

What more is there to say? Where else am I supposed to ask this question. I don;'t see any phone numbers to call.

Hi - you have been charged by WA and don't know why? Click on your profile photo and go to account settings. You will see your invoices that show any charges, which really will only be your premium membership at $49 per month or if you have a bought a .com domain here, $13.99 per year.
Thanks so much. I had no idea how to find that info. Turns out my wife was mistaken as to the source of the charge. I was suspicious right away, but now I can rest easy.

Thanks for that little gem! I'm thankful that I didn't have to rely on such a last resort. In my case, I had kept several tabs open on my browser, and then going back through the previous tabs, found my info. If I could just find out how to re-publish it now!
I find that there are so many hundreds or thousands of messages here, I haven't learned how to find and keep track of important ones. No search tools. Maybe someone could come up with "topics" under which a search could be used.
Sure! Write the topic you want to look at the rectangular box on the top of your screen and you will see answers to your topic. All the best.

Yes. I was following the instructions in the tutorial in one window, while working in the Site Content section- specifically where I was supposed to add a personal page, which had a template to follow. When done, I published it and it looked good except that it didn't have a menu like the instructions showed.
If you wrote your text in Site Content, it should still be there. I don't think you can 'republish' something in Site Content, but you can copy and paste it into a new document, and then publish it.
You may have a good point. After posting the last comment, I did find the text in an open tab in Windows 7, which contained the text. However, when in that Site Content page, there is a tab that says to view changes. When I click on it, it shows the "web page" that I'm working on, but it is completely blank except the heading.
There is also a link on that page that says "update". When I click on it, I'm taken back to the editor with no way to publish the contents. I feel like I'm going in circles.
Not exactly, it shows up with nothing but the title. If I understand TracyWA correctly, I can't re-edit a post or page without the exercise of copying and pasting. ????

One of my biggest frustrations with this program, is that very few things work or act like they are supposed to. I think I'm fairly good at following instructions. I got a response from Kyle, but I expect he is too busy to analyze the problem. So you guys are my next best hope.

Well, not yet. Simply because until I can publish the text, I didn't really need a menu. Also that was the next item on the tutorial that I had been following. Were you able to figure anything out fro the screen shot I sent?
So you've already tried to look in Appearance>Menu
Clicked on the named page or post,
Clicked on Add to Menu.
Then go to the right side of the screen.
Find that page or post and drag it to where you want to put it
Click save.
That's all I can think of. Sorry if this doesn't help.
