Where is settings for changing heading on website, still says Bresponzive

If you are still having trouble with is, can you include a link to your site so the community can take a look at the problem and offer a solution?

Again i'm prob repeating what's just been said, but, it really does depend on your theme. Go to appearance and scan down through this.

Thanks for the help but I did click on refresh, and I also went to Appearance and themes but still bresponzive appears at top of the page, black bars with recent post, recent comments, etc written in them. how do I change these headings and also inserted a picture in (insert media), but it doesn't show up when II click on "review my site" When you review site, shouldn't it appear exactly how it would if I searched it on google?

What is your site so I can see it. Your problem might bring back trouble I've had before on my stuff.

Be sure to Save your changes....save or update button at bottom of page. Also, usually if you've already visited your site from your wordpress 'admin' area and you make a change but you don't see the change when you go back to visit your site, try refreshing the page [usually F5 button or a circled arrow up in browser tool bar]. That will update with changes if you saved them. Rarely, but I have had this happen, the hosting server is having a hard time keeping up and just isn't spitting out your changes yet. Like I said, this is pretty rare. If you find you are at the end of your ropes and pulling your hair out, leave it alone and check back later....like, give it a bit of time.
Umm, by heading you mean the Title of your site, right? I was assuming you did.

It depends on your theme, but you can often change the title in Settings > General in your WP dashboard area. If not, look under the Appearance tab for theme settings.
