The risk of being a Risk Taker and the Risk Averse
Around the globe, men and women are daily witnessing new risks in life specially in business, politics, schools, home etc. These risks existed and will always exist and overlap but the human cognitive matriculation of the risks into a more of probable gain rather than a loss is a determinant and motivation for risk takers.
In real sense, those who take risks are ‘risk takers’, those who take it but with caution and measurement of the magnitude of its future, leaving the risks with undesired result are ‘risk neutral’ while those like me who don’t take risks at all are ‘risk averse’.
Risk averse individuals never succeed in life but they only help others to succeed. In real life situation, you will witness graduate with skills and expertise working for a boss who never saw the four corners of a class and one might wonder about the essential of education in a life of a person.
To change the trend, the risk averse shouldn’t under-estimate their abilities and capabilities but rather should occupy the exact space as opportunities of progress and gain show up. By doing so, risk averse individuals will be a risk to the risk takers.
