Productivity Hack - Password Manager
In this day and age almost every online portal or website requires accounts and logins.
Whilst some may think a productivity hack for this would be to have the same password for every login - that's not a good idea. Having one security breach could lead to far greater repercussions down the line as hackers would then have the key to all your other logins.
I've found using a password manager to be the best (for me at least) solution. As some would point out; this however means that a single breach (the password manager itself) means you're at risk if having all your logins compromised. My advice would be to invest in a reputable, established company and avoid using free, relatively unknown password managers. A good password manager will generate a new, very secure password for every login and store it along with the username etc. Some also provide additional features (email screening, dark web monitoring, VPNs etc.).
My one caveat to this; online banking. For this I'd stick to a unique password that you can remember. That way you ensure that you're the only one ever to have those details.
If you'd like my recommendation, you can send me a private message.
Stay cyber-safe.
Cheers,
G.

A timely reminder, we all need to be aware when it comes to online security.
It is scary but some folks use, password as their password.
Too true Alex. Thanks for the comment. Cheers
