I created a blog page for Global Trading today and wrote my first blog to that website but when I posted it I posted it to my main page instead of my new blog page. Is there a
Yes, when you go back into your Editor you will see to the right Publish and under that you can change the page to a post.
You should see "Post Type" and change the page to post.
You need to change your reading setting.
Set your post page to Blog and your Frontpage to something else.
Hope I understand you correctly.

You can set that on the menu but I don't know the effect when it comes to indexing. Normally posts are indexed than pages.
If you wouldn't mind you have to transfer it as a post.
Yes, there is.
Login to your website, on the top left corner, click to go to your dashboard.
Have you created categories?
If you have created your " blog page " as a category, then go to All Posts, click Quick edit on the post you want to move and then select your blog post category and it will move there.
I have messed something up . From the website it looks like all my menus are set up correctly (4 pages) but when I go to my dashboard there are only three pages listed. In my menu structure my "Home Page" shows up as a "Custom Link" i am kind of lost but I have been working on this since 2 AM this morning so I have to call it a night. hopefully I will be able to think better after I get some sleep.
Okay, I'll help you set it up right.
Personal message me when you're online again and I'll help you make things right.

You can try a plugin called: pTypeconverter. This plugin gives you the possibility to go back and forth with your content.
Don't use the one with the number 2 in because it's not supported anymore.
I hope this helps.
