Ive transferred my old site's content to my new domain but my old site's heading which was the name of old site even though I try changing it in the permalink come up as the he
You should check your theme's "Site Identity" setting (under General Settings) and your SEO plugin's (All in One or Yoast) setting. It sounds like you may have missed changing a setting when you transferred your old site over to the new one.
