If you need to do some customization the tool Canva is often used.

a jpeg format loads well into WordPress- the media library.

create a post in sitecontent and save it as a template...call it say images...
open the template and add the inages you want to it...
publish it as a page to your site...
and go to your site ....
the images are now in your media library...
if you edit the post you want to add images to you can click on the + and type in image and add an image block...then select the image you want to add from your media library...
don't forget to delete the images page on your site by going to page and trash the one called image...
if you are experiencing issues inserting images within your article then it may have been published and be displayed as a classic block...
click on the text and if it says classic block ..click on convert to blocks....
you can now go t owhere you want images placed and click on the + at the top left and type images and add an image block....

Depends on the device you are using. If you are on a computer you will have to google how to screen shot from your particular brand. Same with the cell phones it all depends on the brand you have. Then after you have screen shot it. There should be a single⛓ chain like link in your Wordpress that you would click to upload photos or files.
