Drop Down Menus
I was at the point in the bootcamp training where I was supposed to update my menu to a drop down menu. I followed the training and couldn't get the menu to work. I tried and tried. NO SUCCESS.
I asked a question about it, and also looked up other questions on the same subject. The answers I got confirmed that I was doing it right, but not getting my menu to drop down.
It turns out that the theme I had selected doesn't support drop down menus. I changed themes, twice, and both new themes worked. The first theme was too gaudy and wouldn't let me change the colors. I changed themes again and now I have what I think is a much more elegant theme, much better than the one I had before, with drop down menus that work.
Moral1: If you're doing what you should and not getting results, maybe your theme is wrong.
Moral 2: Changing themes is really, really easy.

I am also actually looking for a theme with drop menus do you know any theme that works like that?
GridBulletin is one. I went to the "latest" and "favorites" theme tabs and looked through several. Read the description and preview. If they say something like full functioning then you're probably good. You can also type in "drop down menu" in the search themes box.
