Already tried the WP/User Avatar Plugin...had problems and killed the speed of my site. Also tried Gravatar but doesn't recognize my login info! If anybody can help here I would
I followed Kyle's training this afternoon and all went well. How to Create a Gravatar Account ROCK ON!

Exactly, you will need to create a gravatar account and this will tie an image with an email address. Then you will set up your email address with that particular "User" inside of your WP-admin area and all your comment replies will have a gravatar (avatar) within them.
