How to start affiliate marketing on Pinterest without a website?

I've been doing a lot of research on pinterest Affiliate marketing and there are some courses that day you can do it without a website. I'm having trouble finding the specifics of how to do this because most information on the topic leads to paid courses. I've tried setting up accounts with commission junction, share a sale, etc and they require a website to sign up. I've used my pinterest url in some cases because a website I read said that you can do that, but I'm not sure if that's against TOS. My application to shop style collective is pending review and I think there you can do it without a website. Rakuten and Awin seem to require a website upon signup, but perhaps you know if a pinterest account is okay?
My question is, does anybody know of any affiliate marketplaces that will allow me to sign up without a website and exclusively use pinterest. For that matter, if anyone is aware of any method that will allow be to do affiliate marketing with no top level domain website (such as using a Wix site), I would be incredibly grateful to learn about it.
