Google Ranking - Can I Get Excited?

Hey, WA'ers. So I checked my site rank this morning on Jaaxy, and it says I am on the 1st page of Google, pos. 6 and 1st page of Bing/Yahoo position 1. Is this for real?
I thought I would get an email from WA if I ranked on Google. I went incognito and searched my keywords, which just happen to be my site name, and it popped right up on Google 1st page.
I want to be excited about this, but being cautiously optimistic. What do you think is going on? I would appreciate any feedback you may have. Thank you and hope everyone is having a great day!
