Hi, I'm Gina and pleased to meet you here at WA.

Who doesn't want to be financially independent? Everyone has a different reason. For me, apart from generating a passive income, I'd like to be able to continue contributing towards the less privileged.

I was made redundant two years ago when the company I worked for was bought over and restructured. Spent the last two years equipping myself with new skills and working at part-time jobs. Tried affiliate marketing but failed miserably due to lack of appropriate platform and know-how. This sure sounds like the place where I can roll up my sleeves, dig in and with your help, turn things around!

Looking forward to knowing and working with you :-)

Warm regards,
Gina
GinaHo's Goals 3
Money Goals
Q#1: USD$3000/month, this may seem rather ambitious but it would enable me to continue with contributions to charitable organizations and individuals whom I help. In some cases I donate small sums regularly and in others, I donate larger one-off sums. With a more regular income, I would be able to make consistent contributions.

Q#2: USD$5000 and above/month, this would enable me to collaborate with a friend of mine whose dream is to set up a foundation to offer scholarships to poor students in certain parts of the world.

Q#3: Initially an average of 25-30 hours per week and hope to reduce that to half when the site(s) are up and running smoothly.

Reasons for my time estimates:
1. I spend time assisting my parents (aged 80 and 87) with various things and they don't live with me.
2. If I have time to spare, I'd like to get involved with other programs - I have received a request to directly or indirectly assist with imparting skills to tribal people who are stateless and cannot officially "go out and get a job" like everyone else. The idea would be for them to either have skills to make products where they are or pick up computer skills to provide service from a remote location.

Honestly I don't know if all this is "doable" or realistic, hope I’m not biting off far more than I can chew.
1
Money I would be happy earning
2
Money I would be ecstatic earning
3
Time I'm willing to invest to achieve my goals

Sounds like it has been quite a journey to find your way here to WA Gina, but I am glad you did.

There definitely are a lot of scams and programs that simply do not teach you what you need to know out there. It sounds like you may have run into one or more of these on your way to making it here at Wealthy Affiliate. I can assure you that much brighter days are ahead now that you have found WA and I really do look forward to working with you.

If you ever need anything at all going forward, I am personally here to help you out so feel free to drop me a reply to this post or you can find me in chat (I am frequent there).

PS. I hope you have an awesome weekend ahead!

I only just started looking through your sites - like the one on hikes; will come in useful when I earn enough to travel more. Singapore, where I live, is a tiny island so we're effectively leaving the country for any short travel :-)

Thanks for the follow

You are welcome,
I am currently in The Philippines and I plan to visit your country soon. I have friends and family that live there so we want to see them.
I will be updating my site with my adventures here as soon as I get back to the states and faster internet speeds so check back there will be lots more soon. I will blog about when I have some of it done.

Welcome to Wealthy Affiliate (WA), Gina !

My name is Sue.

It's wonderful to meet you and I look forward to seeing you around at WA in the coming days and helping you achieve success!

You are receiving this message because I wanted to personally welcome you to WA. You will soon discover that the community at WA is really friendly and caring and so don’t be surprised when Kyle and Carson, the founders of WA and many other WA members personally welcome you to WA.

So what better opportunity than to say hello and introduce myself to you on Day 1.
To view my personal profile page, you can visit this link:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/suetay

If you haven't already said hello, I would love to hear from you. Feel free to introduce yourself at any time.

You are also going to find that the community at WA consists of many great people whom you can learn from, people who are willing to help, and who likely had your same questions at one point along the way.

Your First Task...

Set up your WA profile

Don't be shy, don't be a stranger...

When WA members start following you at WA this means that when you interact within WA and ask for help, they will be notified and offer help when they get a chance.

We are truly a community at WA, so feel free to follow other members who interest you or who have helped you out. I will be more than happy to help you too!

To complete your WA Account Set-up Your Next Task...

The next thing you should do is acquaint yourself with the "Get Started Here" course within the main menu. It is the BIG GREEN button.

This course is going to walk you through how Wealthy Affiliate works and also get you up and running with your very own business (which includes your very own website).

This will be your home base and will give you step-by-step instructions on what to do. Each lesson you will have be given an associated "video" walk-through that is going to SHOW you the process.

Wealthy Affiliate, The Full Walk-through

To help you get around, watch Kyle’s "video walk-through" that explains exactly what Wealthy Affiliate is.

Take a few minutes to watch this, it will make your life within the community much easier and reveal how powerful Wealthy Affiliate is going to be to your online success!

Now, as Kyle puts it, let's get rolling...

==> Watch Kyle Walk You Through the WA System When you become a member of WA, you are automatically enrolled in the Getting Started training which is included with your Starter Membership which walks you through the step-by-step process of building a successful business online that earns revenue.

You can access this course by clicking the "Get Started Here" button inside of WA, or directly through the following link.

==> Access the Getting Started training HERE! By lesson 4 of our "Get Started Here" training you are going to have your very own "niche" website up and running.

If a particular "lesson" takes you several days, that is OK! If you are able to accomplish several lessons in a day, that is awesome too! Work at your own pace through this training. The most important thing is that you take action on the tasks.

Please remember “Action equals Success”!

Without the action, no success is possible. A good deal of the actual learning process will also take place during the action phase.

So please make sure you not only read through and watch the video training, that you take action on the tasks within each lesson. This is very important and will be critical to your success.

Remember, as you are going through the training and you ever feel stuck or you don't quite understand something....

Please ask for HELP!

Let me know how you do as you get started in the training.

I'm here to help :)

~ Sue
