Google Ranking, unfortunately, can't be forced. There are a few factors you still have to consider.

Then, there is the consistency of creating more great and valuable content, just one great post doesn't cut it, yet.
Your website is new and Google likes to see if you are keeping up.
Therefore, it also depends on how much time you bring to the table. Do you write a new post every day, or every other day or once a week?
This too is what Google is watching for and also how much engagement/comments you will get with your post.
As you can see, there are a few pointers you have to look for and make sure that you are sincere with your niche and that you are also being an authority in your field.
Only good quality content with lots of engagement will get ranked at the highest spot.
Keep up your hard work and don't give up you will get there.

It will not happen right away. It could take several weeks, depending on how you have optimized your content. If you have a relatively new website it will need to mature before Google will start to rank you faster. But in the beginning Google is slow.
It can take some time. You will need to follow the process and optimize your posts to get that to happen.
I see you are Premium, Have a look at the Live Video Classes there are several that talk about optimizing your posts to get them to rank.
There is no set time frame, it could take a day it could take a month - but you can help things along and give Google a heads up by submitting your URL to Google - here's the link
