Really Simple? Captcha

Hello WA community. I need a little assistance. I used contact form 7 plug in to create my sign up/comment page. I want to incorporate really simple captcha. But alas, it is not so simple. Is there anyone out there who could help me with this? I watched a training vid by welshy but it was old. Many updates and changes have taken place since he put up his training. Please HELLLP!!!

I used the coat ha plugin and that was enough. Is there a problem using the plugin?

I used "Really Simple Captcha" plug in. Thinking perhaps it was really simple. NOT!!!
Triblu gave me a hint and I've made a step forward but still not quite. Check out what happened on this screenshot. Invalid site key! HUH???
