My husband and I stumbled upon a movie called Crazy People. Not the greatest movie, and I almost changed it. Then I started to think about how it went along with Wealthy Affiliate. Thinking that way actually made the movie better. Have you seen it? It's from 1990 and it does have some adult content if you want to watch it.

The Movie Basics

This movie is about an advertising executive that goes a little crazy. He starts producing some no BS ads that tell the truth. For example, an airline ad he creates talks about how the company is less likely to kill you than the other airlines. On a cigarette ad he says they'll kill you but at least they have great flavor. His partner at work decides to send him to a sanatorium to help him with his breakdown because his ads weren't normal. Then his ads accidentally get printed and sent out to the people. They are a success and the owners want more. Since he's now in a mental institution he enlists some of the other patients to help create more truth ads. There's a love story, and the ending is happy but cheesy.

Why did I think about WA?

Basically what I learned from this not so great movie is that sometimes it's ok to be considered crazy. Most great inventions have come from someone considered crazy because they have an idea no one has seen before. WA gives us some great training, but it also allows us to do our own thing. Do you have a crazy idea for marketing? Don't be afraid to try it! Think outside the box sometimes. What is really the worst that can happen? If it doesn't work you haven't failed, you've learned what doesn't work. Maybe your idea just needs some adjustment. Don't give up even if you think it's a little crazy.

Are we all crazy people?

Some probably think that about me. I have had some outside family members tell me that trying to make an income online is a little crazy and a waste of time. We've been blessed that I am able to stay at home with our 3 children. My children and I are why I do this, not for everyone else, and my husband and children support me. I'm only crazy until I'm successful. Then they'll want to know how I did it... and I'll tell them to click on my affiliate link and sign up for the training!

I'm ok with crazy, thinking outside the box, and not always doing what everyone else is doing. I am doing what I enjoy in life with no boss except myself. Are you a little crazy for doing something you enjoy doing? Crazy for enjoying the company of similar goal minded people here at WA? I may not be doing what others think I should be doing, but I'm doing what makes me happy. How many can say that? Don't be afraid to be seen as the crazy one doing something no one else has seen! Think outside the box! Enjoy what you do while reaching your own success!
