Comments closed?

Should you ever have a problem where the comment box of your pages or posts are closed and no-one can leave well meaning comments on your hard work, follow these steps.

1. Go to the All pages, or All posts on your dashboard. (which ever system is not opening the comments box)

2. Find the offending page or post, and click on quick edit.

3 Find the "Ällow Comments" box, and select it.

4. Update the page/post and the comments box should be enabled.

5. Double check all subsequent posts and pages created after this one, and enable any others that may have disabled itself. (I had to enable all the pages I created after the offending page.)

Alternatively, go to Settings on your dashboard,select discussion, and enable "Ällow people to post comments on new articles"
