Your question did not go to Kyle in a private message. Instead you selected an option that sent your question into a classroom where members can come to and answer questions that they are able to.
Thought you would want to know rather than simply ignore your question.
When contacting Kyle, make sure your selection offers you a blank textbox that is clearly labeled as "Contact Kyle or Carson" else you will end up back in a classroom... or sending to SiteSupport.
