You need a form created at an email responder and add it to your webpage. When a visitor signs up, you can send him mail via your email responder.

I can't seem to pay
Kyle I got scammed. Previously you told me about paid surveys and I didn't believe it. Now I understand.
Hi - I don't know where you live, but WA is based in Canada, so perhaps your bank sees it as a foreign transaction and is blocking it?
Do be aware that once you have successfully subscribed, payments of $49 each month will be taken automatically when they are due.
