Can somebody help me login to wordpress site? I want to install plugin that allow me to backup my site. After that, I want to transfer it to WA server.
I get error whi
when was the last time you could access your old website from WP? Did you change your domain DNS?
I forget when the last time I can access my website :D
I am not changing anything except add some plugin, I forgot what plugin, but I remember that they email me with some change but I do not doing anything about it.
I like to figure it out first, maybe I can solve the problem myself. But, I also have ticket support to the hosting company sent. Thank you for your help Sarah and Marion :)
You'll need to contact Support wherever you have your website hosted to log in. Also find out how to access your website via FTP then you can download your entire website to your computer using this training: How to Back Up Your Website With FileZilla via FTP The training is for backing up from Wealthy Affiliate but it will work the same with any hosting service. Have you tried installing the plugin directly on here, on WA? I never use the wordpress website anymore, I do everything from here. Or is it a website that you built before joining wealthy affiliate and can't access from here?
Yes, it is my old private blog that I want to move here to WA. Long before I join WA. I try to access not from WA, but from the wp-login there.

I can access my dashboard right now. Simply access CPanel and create new folder plugins after rename the plugins folder in WP-Content folder. :)
Maybe next time I will share this in blog
