I am getting better and faster!

So today I just wanted to share something with those of you who are struggling with writing your blog posts. This is the thing that scared me the most when I first started out here at Wealthy Affiliate.

Call it writers block or call it whatever you want, when I first started it would take me days to write just a single article. I think half the problem with me is that I am a bit of a perfectionist and I feel that I have to review my content over and over again to make sure it's 100% right.

What I have realized over the past few months is that my content is NOT being marked by a professor nor is it even being examined by anyone at all! I am simply stating my opinions and trying to help normal people. If they find my content interesting they will read it. They are not going to be bothered if it's perfect or not. Just so long as it makes sense and is easy to read.

So, I am now able to write articles such as this one in just 10 minutes whereas before it would have taken me hours! Typically, once I have done my research, it only takes me an hour at the most to write a full blog post on my website.

All I can say is practice makes perfect! Don't be scared of writing your content and don't worry about people will think of it. Just get it out there as quickly as possible so that people can hear what you have to say. That's the only way you are going to engage with your readers. It's no good sitting in your drafts folder!!
