Hi,

I joined Wealthy Affiliate a few months. I'm still going through the training. I'm currently on Section 4, around lesson 7.

I wish I was moving faster. I need to get better with time management. I work 8 hours per day and I'm developing guitar skills. So, I try to practice for at least an hour. Plus, I'm working on a fantasy type novel; like Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, or Wheel of Time.

I probably spread myself too thin but I have alot of interests.

I've been working on a website called healthjim.com.

Originally, I wanted to have dedicated to those green superfood drink powders. So, I have reviews on several that I've used.

But, I think I want to expand it into a Nutrition, Self-Sufficiency, Health type of website. I've written articles promoting a few items that aren't these green powders.

Recently, I've learned about Pinterest. I think they may be an avenue I'll use to attempt to gain traffic. Pinterest and Instgram seem more appealing to me than Facebook or Twitter.

My goal is to get through the training and follow the steps in each module. At some point, I want to learn to make videos for youtube and other outlets.

Any advice on learning video making? Any programs/software?

I have several ideas for other websites/blogs but again I want to complete the training; and I want to write many more articles for healthjim then promote them via videos, Pinterest, and Instagram.

I haven't made much money (a tiny amount).

Anyway, I need a structured program so I would have never begun blogging without wealth affilaite. I've heard people say you can learn this material for free, which is true. However, as with playing guitar I learned it is much more efficient and easier to get lessons.

I would have been fumbling around with Wordpress if I have delved into this own my own.

Also, I work at home for a company. So, I listen to youtube videos on various topics, including affiliate marketing. So I have learned some things from resouces outside of Wealthy Affiliate.

The way Wealthy Affiliate structures it with the 25 websites with domains and the other 25 webistes likely means I'll continue with this service as long as I'm doing it. Again, I need assistiance with this type of thing.

I'd appreciate if you checked out healthjim.com and offer constructive criticism. Through Pinterest I've gotten some clicks but no outside comments on the website and no purchases. So, maybe there's a reason that could be noticed by someone.

PS - my name is not Jim. I have a friend named Jim. He's a nutrition nut. We nicknamed him Health Jim because he'd always go on long rants about nutrition and the medical history. The health jim on the website is sort of a character based on him. It's a combination of myself and him.
