First blog post :) anyway read potpiegirls post on internet marketing and applied what I learned in a squidoo lens http://www.squidoo.com/rippedfast it's featured 97,400 something a small feat but an accomplishment. Music_mom critiqued my lens and said to clarify my keywords and change my title based on these keywords. I say I should come up with 20 keywords or more! Also Include some in my article maybe 3-5 times not overdoing it by putting some in my intro and spread throughout the article. Adding more modules is def something that needs to be done adding a photo pertaining to the paragraph is money. My goal is to get in the top 500 of health and top 50,000 in overall. I will critique this until I get it right. That's it for now :)
