Going somewhere
Well I am two weeks into WA and I am plodding along nicely, I have my website up and writing posts. I have just worked out how to enter ads from Amazon, so currently I am sitting back here in the cool of the air con. Thank goodness for air cons now, it's 41 c here in Western Australia. In the wheatbelt country town of Beverley 1700 people, give or take. A very lazy little town, I can hear the sound of planes overhead. It's that time again every three years for the State Gliding championships, this year it's in our town. 19 pilots compete each day for 10 days to different country destinations, usually between 300 to 500 ks. We are members of the Beverley Soaring Society, we live about 1k from airstrip, and are frequently out there. But not right now because it's too hot, so I thought I would write a blog while sipping on some ginger beer. Have a great week everyone. Lo
