Do you have and follow standards of conduct and ethics in work or business?

Most if not all Employers have some sort of company policies surrounding Standards of Conduct and Ethics. The question is as business owners, do we have them and do we really follow them? Hopefully Yes is your answer.

All are expected to maintain and conduct themselves to the highest moral and ethical standards at all times...

Must be alert and to avoid even the appearance of misconduct…
(Ooops, as I read them I realized that I've previously seen and probably disobeyed some of these. Forgive me, then I repented and moved back on the right path).

In other words, we should hold ourselves to a higher standard and to that old adage, if you were to have your actions and words portrayed on public television, on the internet viral world or on the front page of your local newspaper; if your family or friends were to read all about it, Would you be OK about it? As long as it portrayed you for good and not the bad Sxxx, you are OK. Too much bad publicity out there already, let’s DO GOOD not bad.
