How to manage your domain email (hosted at Hostgator) via your personal gmail

Challenge:
1) I'm hosting my domain at Hostgator, not at WA.
2) So, how do I create a domain email?
3) How to link my domain email to my personal Gmail, so I can receive and send email as admin@domain.com in my Gmail (to centralize email management)?

Solution:
Step 1) create email at cpanel first
