Something new is often exciting and scary at the same time but if you want something better in life you have to let go of what you have first
Just we are derailed from path of clear way to our target. To stand up again is not easy. See my conversation with Grizzly: a struggle is real in everyday life. In my blog before I have stated: "miracles happen". And this is true for some people who have structured life plan for long term goal. What really is happening your positive path have so many influencing factors, that will show up in your future days. Be aware of it and just ignore low point attitude days. Is not easy just take break from what you are doing, but works for me and will work for you too. Most important: change your comfort zone by forcing yourself to STOP old path and do something emotionally active to have a relaxing time.
From there enforcing plan of discipline in all aspects of life is crucial and paying back. First you are satisfied, second: peace of soul and body, third: action plan is following your renewed attitude.
Low point of attitude is over. Just do it.
