I think it is important to fully achieve some goals. But the reset new ones. We always need goals.
Finally, one I disagree with. I can always set more goals as I achieve success in the original goals. Not ever reaching that goal can be demoralizing. If I set a goal to be able to lift 100 lb. dumbbells with each arm, after I achieve that goal, I can even aim higher. I don't want be a success at one thing in my life, but many things.
