It's not clear what you're asking, but you can delete the index.html and replace it with your own (which must also be called index.html)
how do you set up your thank you page for clickbank?i have the pitch sale page but i am confuse about how to set up the thank you page.
Are you the owner/vendor of the product, or just an affiliate?
Usually you would only need to create a thank you page if buyers are downloading the product directly from your website, or if you are adding a bonus to the product via email marketing. If the latter, you would create a thank you page on your website and insert the link to it in your autoresponder account.
Please explain in more detail exactly what you are doing.

Hi Jcem' may I ask what is a temporary internet cookie and how do I delete it. Oh and where is it?

copy and paste the following into your browser ( the area on top which has the symbol of a lock before it ) Google will tell how to do it.

my site is about soccer but overseas they call it football or futbol,will that be a problem for my audience to find me ? thanks
I agree with Mark. I'm in the UK so it's football to me. I think it would be interesting to run soccer and football side by side. That way you'll pick up visitors from both sides of the pond.
