I just became a Premium member. Names Vince from NZ. Hello to everyone in Wealthy Affiliate from around the world. Look forward to meeting every one.

Another ex-pat Kiwi here as well - have been away now for about 15 years!
Generally, all templates will by default allow for the 'profiles' section of WordPress to be used. However, some templates have specific options to allow a separate look-n-feel to be applied for those that have logged in to your site. Yet others are designed to work with more sophisticated plugins that extend the capability of the out-of-the-box profile that comes with WordPress (e.g. forum plug-ins etc.).
One way to 'experience' the out-of-the box profile section is to create a new user and profile with just basic rights (e.g. subscriber or contributor), logout and then log back in as that new user - and you will see what the profile section will look like.
If that made no sense, let me know and I will add a blog entry here on WP with graphics to explain it.

Thank you Excaliba. I was asking more like for wishlist member or memberpress plugin. Where users can add have their own profile/page. Thanks for the comment. Do you know much about the thesis theme? N I'll wait for your blog

Nice to see you already asking questions, that's the way to go, great community here.
As for your question, You just add a page to your Word press website, name it, something like "about me" and write everything you want to about yourself.

Hey Vince...Welcome to the band of brothers & sisters here at WA...If you have any questions about getting started let us know...There are no dumb question except for the ones not asked...
Best place to start is the "Get Started Here" tab in the upper left corner...Be sure to do the Tasks at the end of each of the 10 lessons...

I believe most all themes have a profile page I just added an avatar to mine anyway good luck and lots of success.
Was wondering do you have knowledge with memberpress plugins. Or to let users make a profile page not for myself. Any tips let us know thanks
