Reprogram Your Mind

So many of us have been programmed to think in a way that has kept us where we are in life. In order to transition into a different role, let's say a more independent role of working for yourself instead of someone else, we must be reprogrammed to function differently.

How many times have you heard someone say, "I am a (FILL IN THE BLANK) person because that is what my dad/mom/family did,", or "I am being geared to take over the family business" This next one is a bit more sad, "This is all I know." These things happen to so many people so often.

However, here in the internetiverse (totally made up word), things are getting less complex and opening doors to more people that were slammed tight before. Carson and Kyle have provided a phenomenal training platform here @ WA and it is the best I have personally found (and I have looked). So, if you want more for yourself than just what has been shown to you, if you want to be re-programmed to be able to do something different, then this is the place for you.

The training and re-programming is only part of the process though. In order to be successful, you need to learn to balance. This is something that I am speaking about from experience, I had to and am still readjusting my speed and mentality about the WA community and the progress that we make in here. WA is a training platform, a supportive/helpful community and a place to adjust to a different mentality so far as how we are going to work and spend our time. I personally approached WA in the same fashion I approach my away from home J.O.B. and was trying to get it "done" in short order.

I have written a few posts now about how that is not the correct mentality, it is NOT a race and if you treat it as such, then you are only really robbing yourself. I have caused myself and my family undo pressure and even illness due to trying to "git er done". I have since stepped away and, after getting back on my feet (so to speak), I am back at it and trying take it at a much more reasonable pace and absorb the training more. I am focusing on the particulars about the training and not just keeping the end in sight.

I know that this should likely be a two poster, but I truly hope to reach others before they make some same mistakes I made. I contend that the WA community and training is second to none. I believe that here @ WA we have every single thing that we need to achieve success. I believe that there are so many people who want to be able to get free of the corporate slave masters that they are going to rush into this and make mistakes and get burnt out and quit, and therefore stay trapped in the endless rat race they are trying to escape.

The long and short of this post is what I have said all along, this is where success happens. Here @ WA we are best enables to be able to achieve true freedom for ourselves. Just don't let your slave mindset cause you to fail and stay enslaved.

May you find peace and freedom for all the rest of your days. God bless!!!

Blessings ~ Frank & Tina (free4life)

Very very true ,I need to change my mentality and refocus, thanks for the reminder.

So welcome, thank you as well.

Very interesting post Frank. I believe the situation which you described affects most of us when we start here at WA. Your description is "right on" and I strongly believe that it will wake up many of us and also comfort many of us who adjusted.

Thanks for sharing this very important information for all of us.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Jules

Thank is my hope, thank you so much Jules!

You are most welcome Frank and I wish you the very best.

Have a great day.

Jules

Wise words and a great reminder. Thank you.

thank you

Kind and true words, I myself was trying to rush the process then like you I slowed down. Now I'm getting a better understanding of the WA process it's sticking to me and my confidence is growing. Great post. God bless.

Thank you so much for sharing

Love the post. The word 'balance' was the key in my life a while back. Jumped out of the work force too early, too soon. Here, I'm back on track, SLOWLY, but surely. Great success to you, free4life.

To you as well Cornelius. Balance in all things

I can so relate. I find there just isn’t enough time in a day and find things can get quite overwhelming. When I feel like that I often turn to a mindfulness meditation or take a walk and try to stay in the present moment - not worrying about the future or the past.
Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for sharing.

Great post F

Great post Frank and Tina. I tend to go slower if I enjoy something and consume it rather than hurry along.

Danny

So true, no need to devour it all at once.

You are absolutely right.

Danny

Hi Frank, your story sounds a bit like mine
At the beginning I worked every single hour that I could at building my first website along with a full time job
Short story I ended up in hospital with chest pain
You are so right it isn’t a race but we have to keep a foot to the pedal somewhat
All the best
Fintan

Thank you for sharing, I am glad that you are alright now.

Great post! I find myself trying to rush and get things done at a fast pace. Not always taking in every detail of the training and then I miss something critical and all that time spent training has to be done all over again.

I agree we all need to not give up and don't burn yourself out! Work at a pace that works for you and in time success will come naturally as long as you don't burn out and give up.

God Bless you two and thanks for sharing this important post.

Cory

You're welcome. Cory. Thank you as well.

Great post guys and great insight. I know it’s hard not to rush into something your excited about though and your right you do get burnt out. I was balls to the wall for a little over 2 months and ended up really sick from juggling this and my day job so now I’ve taken A step back and do the work as it comes to me and try not to rush it anymore. You need to have days off. Working a full week and then spending your whole weekend doing this takes its toll. Keep it to a few hrs a day and you’ll get more done because you have a set time frame and you won’t get burnt out.
Thanks again for the post.
Love & smiles,
