I'm not sure whether you purchased your domain here or somewhere else, but I believe it might have something to do with setting it up on WA servers...might have glitched or something when you deleted it is my guess.
Anyways, I'd suggest asking Site Support if you can't find it in your Site Manager here. It should be showing up there...might also be a good idea to clean out your browser cache. But, I'd ask Site Support first, since they know more of what your details are.

Hi Fredrick…maybe I’m misunderstanding, but it’s not really clear why you failed creating your site. Did you do your research and was the site name available and was keywords strong?

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.

I am trying to build a new website and when I launched it I get the error message that the resource (planet-repair.com) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts.

They may be different but the functionalities are the same. Creating Custom Menus & Navigation
adding menu's is a two step process
the first is to design the menu
the second is to place them on your site...
you should find a tab for placement and be able to place them in the right locations according to your theme
