Best place is the title and yes sometimes it's hard to make a grammatically correct Title.
Next best place is the description of the page.

Hello folks,

Ok that top one - medications used treat ocd -

I had this happen recently to me - a phrase that ranked well with low competition was a little cockeyed with its phrasing. So what I did was to use the correct phrasing AND use the slightly wrong phrasing - both within the same article. I made sure that I didn't have any other errors in the document. Because like your keyword, mine also was high in competition when it was the correct form. But since I used it both ways, I think I have it covered. My solution is still to be checked however. Just ask me later if I ranked for the slightly messed up keyword.

Hello Cindy, ok I will use then the both formats of the phrase, the non-sense and the corrected into the content, but in the title of the page the correct one. Is that way you use it?
I will be asking you on the next days if you ranked well.

Thanks you very much Cindy!

Don't use a phrase that does not make sense. Find the best one you can that does make sense and has good metrics.

I found in Jaaxy the next keyword with excellent metrics: A Course in Miracles Daily Lessons.

I took it and changed a little for the title of my Post in this way: A Cours

Agree with the comments below.

When you find a keyword you'll want to keep that keyword all together. You can add to it, but separating it will affect your rank for that keyword. In your example you could add OCD to the beginning or end, preferably the end, but probably shouldn't add it to the middle. So "A Course In Miracles Daily Lesson: Dealing with OCD" would be an example of adding to your keyword without breaking it up.

Thanks you a lot! It has been of great help to me.

Glad to help :)

I have found several keywords that I don't think are good for the Title of my Pages. So, my question is: If I include the keyword in the first two paragraphs will still work fo

If I remember correctly from the course associated with keywords it best works if it is in the title of the page. I am no expert and will do some further research and get back to you if that isn't correct but the QSR of each keyword seems to be key low hanging fruit etc, as long as it is under 100 from what I remember. If I find any additional information I will come back to this and let you know.

OK, I really appreciate your response and your research, if you find something new or relevant I will be grateful when you share it with me.
I'm trying to include the keywords in the titles but in some cases I don't think is the best title, so I thought to write about in the headlines or first two paragraphs.

Thansks you a lot!

I have been putting them in the headline, title with Capitals for all first letters and seen a jump in traffic per my wordfence application. I just go through trial and error and try different things. Huge learning curve for me, but it's fun as well like a really really intricate rubix cube..... I wonder if that is the clever name of the site builder or rather, its history. Are you having better luck??

I don't know if is the clever of the site builder or rather its history.

But I'm most clear now about the Keywords in the titles, I can add them any word to make more sense and conserve the entire keyword yet.

The best matches is in the title of the page
Then the description of the page

Ok, but does still get me traffic if I only include it in the description and the first two paragraphs of the page/post?
