All Hail The Legalization of Marijuana!
Amist the current Corona Virus outbreak in Washington, there is a bright spot, It is known that Washington State, along with Colorado, were the first States to radify the legal use of marijuana. Truth be told, I was personally voted Yes to that measure. As a result, Washington State has massed over a billion dollars a year in sales. And guess what they have done with that money? Put it back into the education of Washington's youth.
How? As I sit here now blogging,, both of my daughters Caitlynn (12) and Jada(11) are being schooled thru satelite. You see with that marijuana money, my children were issued laptops ( 2 per household) thru Spokane District #81 to continue with their sbhool curriculum despite the current stastewide quarantine which shuts down all places were people gather like bars, restaurants, schools, and even church! That is another subject that I wont focus on just yet.
Nevertheless, here is those marijuana sales being put to good use. And as us Washingtonians deal with this crisiis, there is a little comfort in knowing that marijuana sales have allowed for my children to continue with their education!

I am also in favor of full legalization as it reduces Prison Crowding, lowers Marijuana-related crime, and pumps tax dollars in without raising personal income or property taxes. There is less risk than chemical-laden cigarettes and tobacco products. It has no addictive chemicals and the users tend to be mellow and less violent even when playing video games than others studied in multiple private studies.
