Can I transfer successful blog to new blog?

Hello all. I'm new to WA and I love the community feel that has been created. It is great and I think it is exactly what I needed. Here's my question. I already had a free blog in WordPress that didn't have a "real" domain. I have a decent list of subscribers, but I also now have two other blogs. Can I transfer my blog with subscribers to one of my new blogs?

I had some pretty good page views and not many followers on a blog that I used, to keep family and friends informed about nature in my yard, but there were articles I could use in my WA blog. I now use WA to search for help instead of google and found jeffreyhuan's tutorial. It was very easy and now I have lots of posts that aren't related to my blog, but this was much better than retyping everything. Thanks for the info.
