Inertia is the tendency for objects at rest to resist movement and the tendency for objects in motion to resist stopping or slowing its momentum or movement.I believe that once the initial resistance is overcome the movement becomes easier because the weight of the object works in my favor (or yours). I bellieve the resistance to change will work in the sameway. Overcoming objects that resist or slow me down can stop me if I am not aware of the nature of negative thinking and lack of action. I

This is my starting blog and I sat here thinking of the word "determine" and my initial thoughts were that that word is an action word, but it also has other connotations. So I looked it up and it has a long list of descriptors. For me personally it (in its present tense) describes a conclusion; to figure out, to know after contemplation.
