On a day like today, 70 years ago, the bravest of men landed on beaches in France and other places to rid the world of evil tyrants. Many thousands more would die in the following days and weeks. They died so that we could live. Please don't ever forget what they and their families gave for the rest of us. And pray that we never have do send kids to die in foreign lands in any more wars.
