This Is My Reality, You Are Invited to Share.

This is my reality, you my friends & family are extras on my stage.

How I orchestrate my play is all my choosing. Other beings can interact with me in my play but it's up to me whether I agree to coexist with them or not.

All My Choice

I have to admit that if I want to re choose, it can be heavy work to disentangle what I've built.

We have been conditioned from an early age what is acceptable & what isn't. To change these beliefs can be downright difficult.

Focus

It has been said by many philosophic types of people that it is all a thought, & if we focus enough on the thought raised, then so it shall be.

Fear

On the other hand fear works exactly the same way, what we don't want turns up just as well.

Having this knowledge we realize it's just a matter of refocusing on a better outcome.

This takes a lot of practise to conquer this wrong belief, but it can be done.

It takes a lot of courage sometimes to change ones life, it can be the fear of hurting people that are attached to us or our belief.

Does it Work For Me?

Rechoose if it doesn't. Actually this is your life and you are entitled to live it as you like, but trying to do this without hurting or damaging others along the way can be tricky.

My daughter was dumped by her husband just after having her second child. She was shocked, she didn't realize her marriage was failing.

I sat on the side lines watching how she would change the script of her play, supporting her with the children & money when I had it.

Result

She's become very self reliant and very wise, listening to her own council. Life teaches us doesn't it?

She is now able to re choose the partner to share her life with, and she seems very happy these days.

Courage

To change what doesn't work for us anymore.

I wish all my readers all the courage, focus, & happiness that they deserve, including myself.
