Corral Your Kids This Xmas Season

I don't know about you, but school holidays and Xmasapproaching, kids are so excited that they are out of their minds.

To help these little future rulers, make sure they donot ingest too much sugar. It is a stimulant that changes behavior. Too many children suffer from ADD and sugar races through theirblood, effecting their nerves & so on becoming over excited andnot thinking clearly.

I know how hard this is to police, as there are a lot ofparties happening at this time, and you cannot be in attendance forevery event.

There are 2 things you can do. Educate your children &or cut back on the events they can attend.

I have had many parties for my children and have triedto present some healthy alternatives to the usual hot dogs, lollies &cake. However children usually choose the sweet things and leave thelive food and dips.

Sugar is addictive. That's a fact, you cannot changepeople, they will go where they want. Your part in the endeavour isto be a good example. Not to be like a scammer and constantlylecture them. Your stance can be a memory that people can gravitatetoward, as their life style progresses.

Actually some children can become so wild they reallyneed to be restrained. Either make them hold your hand-bag ortrolley. If they do not do this, bring out the dog leash. This maysnap them out of their terrorist activities and load them with shameand maybe you can get some control.
