Hi Keith - it's not a domain related issue, it's a server-side issue. Best off reaching to SiteSupport as they'll be the ones who can get it fixed for you :)

Yep I did think that Dale, the domain I imported had no content so I have just tried a work around by making a backup of one of my other sites, and then reloading that to the new domain and it does seem to have solved the problem, I will keep playing and see what happens, if I don't have any luck then will contact Site Support.
Thanks
Keith
Awesome, sounds good. At least by doing it yourself you'll know for the in the future what to do if you hit the same hiccup :)
Not sure how confident you are with FTP - but if you have any experience with it you can also use FTP access to upload themes too. There's some training on it here: How to use FTP to upload themes and plugins the easy way but if you're not experienced with it or confident with it then SiteSupport are the guys to rely on :)
