Where Exactly do I add the script to the website for an Exit Popup?
Not sure which popup blog you are using, but not all plugins give a lot of options where the pop up should occur.

more often than not it is placed in the header...
but your autoresponder should tell you where it needs palcing...
if it is in the head section then use a plugin like ad inserter...

How do I change my auto-renewal on WA membership
Hi - you would need to cancel your subscription completely. Click on your profile photo, go to Account Settings and Subscription. Click Cancel Billing.
You can't go back to being a free member, so you would be locked out of the platform until you pay again.
And if your website is hosted here, you would need to move it to another hosting provider, otherwise, it will go offline and you won't be able to access it.
And if you are gone more than 60 days, it will be deleted.

How to Fix Featured Image From Auto Cropping in WordPress
is this down to your images being too large for the featured image ...
check in your settings>>media you may find that there is a featured image size...
if not then it is worth checking with your theme help page to see if that says about featured image size....
or resize an image and test it....
it sound like the theme you are using will crop rather than reduce the overall size...
