Rising Tide-1 month'ish update

Hello fellow WA users. Old Capn' Jeff has just been working away at https://metaldetectingforums.o... I have been rolling through the lessons, I am on Course 5 Lesson 5 at this current time. I think that is pretty good speed for signing up May 30th, 2017. This has been a great experience so far in the fact that I have a learned a lot and been able to accomplish a lot with my website. I think I have like 28 or 29 posts, something like that. I looked at some stuff that says I've had 775 page views. I haven't made a single cent yet, but it's going to come......only 6 clicks on my amazon links.....sigh.

I did get a lady with some notoriety in the metal detecting world by the name of Detecting Diva to grant me an interview. It went well and got a lot of attention in the facebook world. She also did a small write up about me and linked back to the post from her site. I was pumped!

I'm still trying to go verbatim with the training, the only thing I have skipped so far is the going to yearly, but it was optional anyways so I haven't really skipped anything. The "review" articles are a little slow for me because I'm not doing reviews on anything that I haven't' personally used. Seeing how I don't have an unlimited bank roll I don't have a ton of things to review. I know this may hinder me and slow me a little in making money, in the long run I think the authenticity and genuineness in my reviews will ring true with my readers.

I'm really wanting to get some treasure hunting videos rolling, but I don't have a good camera to use. I have toyed around a little with the phone, but between all the dirt and the excitement I just don't seem to have enough good footage lol. I'm going to keep plugging along and keep my eyes on the prize.....1-3 years this hobby/website will be my "job" and I will enjoy it.
