"Anything Worth Doing is Worth Doing Poorly Until You Learn to Do It Well"! --Zig Ziglar
Hello, My Friend…
Unless you come to the Wealthy Affiliate with a great deal of Content writing, Blogging and Online Business experience behind you …you are bound to do the WA Platform poorly for a while until you learn to do it well!That includes:
1.-Learning from WA Training and Coaching;
2.-Learning what content is and how to write it;
3.-Blogging better every day until you Blog well;
4.-Building your Websites and Post frequently until you do it well; and,
5.-Using your great support structure – The WA Community, and having it help you learn to do things well!
Our Masters Here? …Kyle, Carson and the WA Community
Zig Ziglar, Dale Carnegie, Earl Nightingale, Napoleon Hill, Elmer Wheeler, Bob Mathias, Bishop Sheen, Billy Graham and others were the great teachers of their day (but there were “gurus” even then too).
Our Masters here are Kyle, Carson and some of our other WA Community Colleagues of today in the Online Business (but still you have to beware “gurus” in Master’s clothes).
Of course, if you are an octogenerian, you are fortunate to have been contemporary of the great ones just mentioned. Now that they are enjoying their just assigns and deserts, it is realized how fortunate we were to have conjointly walked the earth with them …learn from them and see their teachings became more treasured after their passing!
Unless one keeps proper perspective and an open mind, “Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly until you learn to do it well” can be perplexing! Certain mindsets say, if you are doing something poorly, dump it and get onto something you can do expertly …perhaps signing up with “the flip-flap millionaire and get rich in 27 days or less”!
A Lovely Conclusion, But Quite Ill Conceived!
Unless one is of an unmitigated giant intellect, with almost superhuman ability to comprehend things and put new concepts into practice immediately …chances are astronomical that everyone will do poorly in WA’s Free Starter Membership on the first week!
Just for the sake of this Post, accepting such premise will give us all only 1 of 2 roads to promenade:
1.-The Wealthy Affiliate Membership is worth doing poorly until one learns to do it well ; or,
2.-Promptly Dump WA and keep chasing those “get rich in 27 days or less” propositions as we might have been prior to finding WA!
I have mentioned here before that I’ve been on the Internet since 1998.But, I’ve been subscribed to Wealthy Affiliate only since May 2014!
Using and practicing only what I have learned at Wealthy Affiliates since then, quite possibly doing it poorly but learning to do it better with every Post, I now have 10 Posts ranked on Page 1 of Google and 8 on Page 2. One of the entries is my Profile. W.O.W. is about all one can say to that!
That shows me that anyone can and will succeed beyond expectations if he or she applies the Wealthy Affiliate Platform every day.It is worth doing it, even if poorly at first, because sooner than later, YOU will do it well!
So, There It is My Friend…
Be Smart, My Friend…

Yes, practice makes perfect. You just made me think about something a famous golfer from here, Gary Player, once said after a spectator commented on what a lucky shot he had played, to which he replied "yes, it seems the more I practice, the luckier I get".
Awesome post, thanks Felix.
Hi felgue549, in other words "fake it until you make it!"hehehe I agree with you! You get better by doing things. However, like the greats that you mentioned it is important to seek out information and continue to learn too. I love reading about others who have succeeded in this business because it's so inspiring. Thank you for your post.
Felix congratulations on such wonderful rankings, you deserve them, and by the way Billy Graham is still with us! :)
