Hi Fay7al, and welcome to Wealthy Affiliate! Your concerns about what would happen to your website if you were unable to continue paying are the same ones I had when I was first introduced to WA.
What I learned is that if you have a premium account and later need to cancel it, you will given 30 days to back up your site and move it elsewhere.

I use pixabay.com (free) for most of my images. The rest are acquired legally from various sources. Like everything else on the internet images have an automatically copyright for the person/company who originally created them and can only be used if one has the appropriate licence. ~Marion
I don't know if I can post this, If I am violating anything, please let me know. but I am using kozzi.com they only charge me $5 per month for 5 images per day download. I am liking it and they have a good selection almost like shutter stock. Let me know what you think.
i have created my account on the website but have not made any purchasings, because i didnt find any images that i needed. btw thanks for sharing

Have you tried searching "images" in the question bar? I've seen many members post blogs about where to get HQ images. :)

Now I understand your problem a bit better. You want to take advantage of the first month discount and you can't make the payment within the time frame. I hope that the time will be extended for you. In the meantime don't stress. You can't do anything over the weekend. ~Marion
This is not a problem for K&C it's an issue with your bank. "Please contact the card issuer's customer service department if you have any questions." The instructions are there for you. Wait until Monday and contact the card issuer's customer service department. ~Marion
if i have the Private Message service, i would told u about the problem in further details....but now it seems that only K&C have to do something :( anyway thanks for replying.

They might not respond quickly as it's the weekend but if I see any of them in live chat I'll let them know you're having problems. :)
I have tried several times to reach them, have used every source to connect with them being a starter...but they are not replying me :( and my starter membership is gonna expire in 1 day and 13 hours, i hope they reply me before this expires.
Thay have extended the time for other members when there's been a payment problem. As Marion says don't stress it's the weekend. I'm not sure when you first contacted them, but it can take 3 or 4 days for a reply, they get so many messages.
This is something you should take up with your bank and ask why they won't approve a PayPal subscription payment. Check for an "800 number" on the back of your card to call.

its always good to have a test site, as in a site that you can test things out on,
- as you learn something here on WA, test it out and get used to doing the exercise before doing on your "good" site

Hi. You are fine. This is definitely support ticket issue. When you go into your SiteRubix area, along the top of the screen to the right you will see "Support" it is next to I think "Email". Click there and follow the instructions. There will be a bar that says "Enter a new ticket" or something like that. I hope that helps. Good luck.
u know what,,,this whole thing is driving me crazy lol, not able to solve my problem,,,To generate a ticket u have to be a premium,,,but i m not a premium member because i am unable to upgrade...hehe :( it is making me sad as the time is passing,; i have left only 2 days and 2 hours before my starter membership expires :( HELPPPPP MEEE

If it does not react, then a Support Ticket is only option, only they can help in this matter. It is in the same window, up-right corner. Jovo
When you are in SiteManager you will see SiteSupport as I explained earlier. You see it also when you click on SiteRubix.

How to delete a website? urgent help?

yes i do.....i ll be creating a new one as soon as the 1st one is deleted :/ i think tht i have not builded it up rightly.
its always good to have a test site, as in a site that you can test things out on,
