Sure, click on your profile picture a drop down menu appears. Select Credit Dashboard, community credits, and pick either offer site comments or site feedback.
You need to give to get. So provide feedback to 2 WA members to earn enough credits to request a review of your site or post a comment for a blog post.
I typically get a response in a couple of days.
