Mind Travel

The idea of time travel must have conjured up many fantasies in those minds unleashed by their hosts. Unfortunately quantum physics and mechanics need much more maturity before we may even attempt travelling beyond the frontiers of our imaginations.

For most of us our best travels and journeys are mostly locked between the pages of our minds. Other than the actual pictures and films we might have taken or made on our trips to wherever, the best recollections are still in the mind. Why then not take a journey on the wings of the mind and travel in a world where the only boundaries are the borders we impose on our own imaginings.

Now sit back and relax while we start the engines and ready ourselves for a remarkable journey through time. Welcome aboard, I will be your guide on this journey, our first stop will be just beyond the the very first instant of creation of the universes. Seeing that this is a journey of the mind, we will not be restricted to time and thus be able to go beyond it.

We have arrived. If you look out of your windows you will see absolute nothingness. We are in a place devoid of light sound and life. Legend has it that this is where the Great Architect resides, but there is no trace of Him now. As you all know we have traveled just a moment beyond the beginning, but that moment could last forever in this place of nothingness.

As your tour guide, I must admit that we have no idea where exactly this moment of creation will occur, we may be right next to it and will then never be able to talk of it, but it's a chance of a lifetime. Now watch closely, because according to our calculations it's about to happen...5...4...3...2...1 we count down.

Let there be light and In an awe inspiring second, in fact one millionth of a millionth of a second a blinding flash of light travelling at an impossible speed lights up the entire universe and fragments of matter speed past the windows of our mind shuttle. Instantly they gather mass and become enormously big as we watch these celestial bodies dart throughout the universe,leaving trails of brilliant color in their wake, so fast that the flashes of our cameras are too late to even capture the moment.

Again absolute silence as we are awed by the heavenly display we just witnessed, then the deafening roar louder than any sound we have ever experienced, that seams to wrap it's entirety around the heavens, come following in the trail of the ever speeding bodies which we now now as planets. The light seems to stretch throughout all eternity. Then it fades just as fast as it appeared.
The burning masses now speeding into the great abyss light the heavens they seem to slowed down now. An amazing array of burning celestial bodies are now scattered as far as the eye can see and beyond.

Ladies and gentleman I hope you enjoyed the trip, our mind shuttle is already counting down for the return to the present. Hey wasn't God supposed to be here, we didn't see Him around. No everybody although this was not a journey or expedition in religion or science, but it was science at work. So then there really is no God? Of course there is! How else could something as amazing as this take place? Who created those very first atoms of matter that collided with each other, after all science believes that something cannot be created from absolute nothing.

That leaves us with more questions, where did the energy come from that hurled them at each other? The chance that they could even collide with each other in that vast expanse of darkness is incalculable. Something or someone had to design and orchestrate the entire project. Science is just the medium for us to examine and understand the works of the Architect, and not the source of it's origin.
